Growing and Maintaining Your Wellness

During your examination, the doctor is likely to make recommendations of exercises and tips/tricks in order to help aid in your recovery, maintenance and/or wellness. Dependin on where you are in your health journey, your recommendations specific to your care will vary person to person. Dr. Clark has created a list of her favorite and most recommended items and they are sorted into various lists. Check them out below!

This list will include her list of most often recommended pain relief items. She uses many of these in office, so feel free to ask her about them at your next visit! ​

As rehabilitation is in our name, of course it's part of our game! This list will include her favorite postural tools like the lacrosse ball, foam roller and theraband, but it also contains more specific items as well. Some of the items may have been recommended for pain relief, but still fall under the equipment category.
